Ingredients

  • 2 Mangoes
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 50 gms Jaggery
  • Water
  • ½ tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder

Method

  • Remove the mango flesh and mash it until it becomes thick.
  • Add the jaggery and heat it on solo mode at 60% micro power for 3-4 minutes. Add the turmeric, coriander powder, and cumin. Mix it well and add a little water if necessary.
  • Pour it into a glass and garnish it with mint leaves.
