Eggs in Clouds

Eggs in Clouds present an enchanting twist on the classic way to enjoy eggs. Eggs are carefully separated, with the whites beaten to a soft, cloud-like consistency, and then gently folded with a mixture of cheddar cheese, spring onions, and finely chopped steamed chicken sausages. These form the perfect ‘clouds’ on which the yolks are nestled before the dish is finished in the oven. The yolks cook just until they're perfectly warm and slightly runny, with a sprinkle of pepper to add the right touch of spice. Brings a touch of whimsy to breakfast, brunch, or any meal with this simple recipe that promises a bite that's light as air but rich in taste and satisfaction.
