Our patented warehousing technique and Idrowash circuit has a double flow pump that ensures clean dishes while using less energy and results in less noise. Due to the double flow systme, bends in the water flow are avoiding resulting ina smooth movement of water, thus reducing the loss of haydraulic power. The rinse and wash arms are light, needing less energy to rotate and are designed water evenly over the racks, thus ensuring a perfect wash. The thermostop function, which increases the wash cycle till the recommended temperature is reached and the quick ready function, which faciliates quicker heating of the water, futher ensures hygiene and save time in operation.
All IFB dishwashers are equipped with the patented DSD- Drainage System Device which is designed to force water to the dirtiest areas of the rank belfroe draining it. This helps keep the tank clean, thus reducing water consumption, energy and also reducing detergent concentration. So DSD takes care of the planet byreducing rinse water consumption and takes care of your pocket by increasing your savings.
At IFB, research and development is a constant process. New patented technologies for washing, draining and rinsing help minimize water, chemical and power wastage. With a consumption of only 3 litres of water, 9 ml of chemicals and 0.55kW of power per basket, there is a vast saving of these resources resulting in clean dishes without harming the environment.
With electromechanical and digital user friendly control panels, these dishwashers are simple to operate. These feature three single action push and soft touch buttons and control lamps. The models are extremely easy to dismantle and clean. All of these features ensure that even a layman can operate these machines and provide a hygienic wash to your wares.
Ease of cleaning
Every detail has been designed to make operations simpler. Tanks are embossed to direct the water towards the drain, integral surface strainers are standard with all the machines and the washing chambers contain no pipes. As a result, the requisite time for cleaning is reduced by at least 10 minutes.
Archimedes Drainage System
In a normal rinse cycle clean water is pumped into the tank. With a conventional gravity waste, the clean water floats above the heavier dirty water.This means three litres of clean water wastes one litre directly by drainage. Achimedes employs the principle of communicatin vessels to product a 67-85% increase in water used to regenerate detergent solution in the tank. The water is forced bottomwards, discharging part of the built up dairt particles. As a result, wash water soils more slowly, water referesh is less frequent and detergent concentration can be reduced by approximately by 10%.
These machines increase the efficiency of your staff as they are designed th reduce the operator's fatigue. The design allows baskets to more more easily on the guide and the doors and hoods are easier to open and lift. These machines have big wash capacitites with larget internal cavity sizes but also small enough to fit easliy into any kitchen.
