Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp pickle powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil

Procedure:

  • Mix chopped cucumber, salt and 1 tbsp pickle powder with oil. Stir it well to have an equal taste.
  • Microwave the ingredients for 3 minutes on PHI mode.
  • Add lemon juice and 1 tbsp pickle powder.
  • Mix it well and your pickle is ready to serve.
